Passiv Haus Certified Architects based in Anglesea, Surf Coast

Not All Architecture is a local, collaborative architecture practice based in Anglesea on the Surf Coast. As experienced coastal architects and beach house architects, we design high-end residential homes and buildings that feel grounded, resilient and genuinely connected to their environment.

We specialise in residential and commercial projects, including architect-designed homes, renovations and small-scale developments, with a strong focus on sustainability and long-term value. We’ve taken on projects all along the Surf Coast from our office in Anglesea, ranging from Melbourne, Geelong, Torquay, Aireys Inlet to Lorne.

As passive house certified architects, we take environmental responsibility beyond surface-level green technologies. Our approach is rooted in energy descent principles, carefully considering scale, orientation, materials and landscape to reduce carbon impact at a household level while creating spaces that are comfortable, efficient and a pleasure to inhabit.

Every project follows an iterative design process that balances conceptual thinking with practical outcomes. We believe investing time in research, testing and refinement leads to better buildings, ones that perform well over time and respond thoughtfully to budget, scope and context. Our focus on affordable, climate-driven design ensures sustainability is achievable, not aspirational.
